The project comprises 46 single-storey farmhouses with one, two or three bedrooms. Built-up areas range from approximately 75 to 120 sqm, with private plots from approximately 260 to 350 sqm.
Indicative starting prices used on this page are OMR 75,000 for one bedroom, OMR 99,000 for two bedrooms and OMR 123,600 for three bedrooms. Current availability and final unit pricing must be confirmed before reservation.
The presented three-year plan consists of 10% on reservation followed by twelve instalments of 7.5%, payable every three months through month 36. A 5% Land Department fee is shown separately at handover.
Jebel Sifah is an Integrated Tourism Complex where freehold ownership is available to eligible buyers of all nationalities. Ownership and residency conditions remain subject to Omani regulations and individual eligibility.
